A VBSOM was held at One Way Outreach Church at Cagayan de Oro from 28 - 30 June 2016.  The church is led by Bishop Franco.

Topics included the gift of the Holy Spirit, praying corporately in the Spirit, blessings and curses, receiving and ministering healing.

Several pastors from the mountainous region in the north attended the school.

One sister was set free from bondage and one brother was healed of stomach issues.

In His presence, there is deliverance and healing.
